About us

An Environmental Consulting Firm Built Around Clear Findings

PRO INSPECTION & CONSULTING INC. is an environmental inspection and consulting firm serving property owners, contractors, property managers and organizations. We investigate environmental conditions in buildings and report what we find in language our clients can act on.

The firm

What We Do

We provide building environmental assessment services: asbestos inspection and testing, mould and moisture assessment, hazardous materials assessment, air monitoring and clearance testing, indoor air quality testing, and environmental consulting on abatement and remediation projects.

Our clients typically come to us at a decision point — before a renovation or demolition, after water damage, during an abatement project, or when occupants raise a concern about the air in a building. In each case the need is the same: reliable information about what is actually present, documented well enough to support the next decision.

We deliver that through structured site work, appropriate sampling and laboratory coordination, and written reports that separate what was observed, what was tested, what the results indicate and what we recommend.

Our mission

Identify Environmental Risk Before It Becomes a Problem

Our mission is to help clients identify and understand environmental hazards in buildings early enough to manage them properly — protecting the people who occupy those buildings, the workers who renovate them and the value of the properties themselves.

Our approach

Methodical Site Work, Documented Findings

  1. Understand the context first

Before any sampling, we establish what the building is, what work is planned and what concern prompted the request. The scope of the assessment follows from that, not from a standard package.

  2. Investigate systematically

Site work follows a consistent method: visual inspection, identification of suspect materials or moisture sources, and sampling where analysis is needed to confirm what a visual inspection alone cannot.

  3. Coordinate appropriate analysis

Where laboratory analysis is required, we handle sample chain of custody and coordination so results are traceable to the exact location they came from.

  4. Report so it can be used

Findings are documented with the locations, conditions and results that matter, followed by practical recommendations for the next steps.

Our values

What Guides Our Work

  • Professionalism

Every mandate is handled with the rigour, preparation and conduct expected of a specialized technical firm.

  • Integrity

We report what we find. Our conclusions are not shaped by what would be convenient for a project schedule.

  • Thoroughness

An incomplete assessment is a liability. We take the time required to investigate properly and document what we observed.

  • Clarity

Technical findings are only useful if the reader understands them. Our reports are written to be read by decision-makers, not only by specialists.

  • Client-Focused Service

We work around our clients' timelines, keep them informed as work progresses and remain available once the report is delivered.

Our commitment

Rigorous Inspections. Reports You Can Understand.

We commit to two things on every mandate. First, that the inspection itself is carried out properly — that suspect materials are looked for where they are likely to be, that sampling is representative, and that nothing significant is left undocumented because it was inconvenient to access.

Second, that the report you receive is genuinely usable. That means clearly identifying where each finding is located, what was sampled and analysed, what the results indicate, and what we recommend you do next — without burying the conclusion in technical language.
